Customers consistently praise the friendly, professional staff and the quick, well organised MOTs and services, with several reviewers highlighting fair pricing and thorough, detailed explanations of the work carried out. Recommendations are frequent, with people commenting on good value for money and even extras like lifts home during longer jobs. A single reviewer noted a communication breakdown when booking via a third-party website, so those booking online may benefit from a follow-up call to confirm appointment details, though this appears to be an isolated issue rather than a common theme.
Everything carried out on time and to a very good standard.
Everything went exactly as planned. The MOT was completed within an hour, and I received the certificate straight away. The whole process was quick, comfortable and well organised. The staff were helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this garage.
After booking through Book My Garage for an AirCon regas, I wasn’t contacted at all by the garage I’d chosen locally, even though I’d requested an afternoon appointment on a certain day where they had availability. They were supposed to call me a time for the appointment and didn’t. Not impressed by the complete lack of communication with the Book My Garage website or the Vehicle Workshop 🤬 Shame, as they may well have had a lot of business from me!
