Customers consistently praise the friendly, professional staff and efficient MOT, servicing and air con work, with several noting good value, quick turnaround and helpful courtesy cars. A small number of reviewers mentioned communication could be clearer, such as booking confirmations or specific appointment times, and one customer found an extra request wasn't passed on to the workshop team. These are minor points within an otherwise strongly positive picture, with most describing the experience as smooth, reliable and worth returning to.
