Vertu Volkswagen Skipton

Perfect service and MOT, very pleasant and professional young man greeted us took care of away and called us back when it was finished and ready to collect. Sent me a video half way through to highlight any important issues. Well satisfied for the money paid and can thoroughly recommend Book My Garage and VW Skipton.

I booked my service via bookmygarage as have used this previously. I was made to feel like a second class customer for booking this way and was advised not to use it in future but to book direct with the garage. My question would be why does this garage have this option if they didn’t want customers to book this way? Pick up time was not flexible or negotiable and not convenient to me

Great price for the service through Book My Garage in comparison to other companies. Easy drop off your key and collection service, staff were friendly and checked if you needed anything. Work requested was completed really quickly, kept you updated throughout.
