Customers consistently praise this garage for its honest, transparent approach, with many highlighting that the team explains work clearly, charges fair prices, and keeps customers informed throughout. The turnaround time is frequently commended, with numerous reviewers noting that MOTs, services, and repairs are completed promptly, often on the same day. A small number of reviewers felt that certain parts and labour costs could be more competitive, and one noted the garage might benefit from routinely providing a written checklist of completed work, though these points are far outweighed by the overwhelmingly positive feedback.
