We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. However, we would like to clarify the circumstances described in this review. When your van was in our workshop, we identified the oil leak and made you aware of it at the time of collection. We also showed you the area where the leak was present and explained the condition of the vehicle before it left our premises. The leak was therefore not caused by the service or MOT carried out by us. The issue was identified during our inspection and brought to your attention so that you were aware of it. We understand that discovering a significant oil leak is frustrating, but we believe we acted appropriately by identifying the problem and informing you before the vehicle left our premises. We are always happy to discuss any concerns directly with our customers and would have been pleased to inspect the vehicle again had you contacted us.
