The vehicle was dropped off the night prior before we started work, The person who booked the vehicle in booked the job in incorrectly and quoted the wrong price, The service advisor spoke to the customer & confirmed what we were carrying out & that the vehicle was being picked up later in the day, The customer then rang back mid morning asking what filters were being replaced they were advised only the oil filter as that was all it had been booked in for, the customer was expecting cabin & air filter replacement, the customer rang book my garage and then book my garage rang us & explained the vehicle had been booked in incorrectly and it required both filters being replaced, The customer had been apologised too and kept informed throughout the day, There was no video created as the unit was down on the day
