Customers consistently praise the friendly, welcoming staff and efficient, good-value MOTs and servicing, with the complimentary car wash mentioned by several as a lovely touch. Communication is generally seen as clear and pressure-free, though a small number of reviewers felt updates could be better, including one instance where a disconnected dash cam socket wasn't flagged and another where MOT booking requirements weren't communicated in advance. On the whole, this comes across as a welcoming, trustworthy garage that many would happily recommend to friends and family.
