Reply from Pizzeys Autos Ltd

Good afternoon Mrs Black, We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. As we don't currently have our own MOT bay, MOTs are carried out on our behalf by a local DVSA-approved testing centre, which must follow strict standards and guidelines when carrying out an MOT. We therefor rely on their independent assessment when a vehicle passes or fails. We apologise if our MOT process wasn't made clear when you booked, and that you have difficulty reaching us. Unfortunately, when you contacted us regarding the retest, the testing centre was closed for refurbishment. Our collection and delivery service is available with select bookings, including our full service and MOT booking package. Rather than MOT only bookings. We're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations and we appreciate your feedback. Kind regards, Pizzeys Autos
