Customers consistently praise this garage for its friendly, knowledgeable team, clear communication and honest, fairly priced work, with many describing speedy MOTs and repairs completed to a high standard without unnecessary upselling. Several reviewers highlight feeling genuinely cared for and well informed throughout the process, and the garage is widely recommended by long-standing, repeat customers. The only notable gripe, raised by a single reviewer, concerned booking through a third-party app rather than directly, suggesting booking routes could be made clearer.
