Customers consistently praise the garage's friendly, professional staff and efficient service, with many highlighting the convenient collection and delivery option that makes MOT and servicing straightforward. The team is frequently described as helpful, trustworthy and quick to respond, with competitive pricing and extras like complimentary car washes adding value. A small number of reviewers raised concerns about communication (such as missed appointments or lack of updates) and transparency regarding work locations or charges, suggesting these areas could benefit from clearer processes.

Hi Mangalesh Kanesvaran, Before our mechanic arrived, you sent us a one minute video stating that your vehicle had ‘’ no oil ’’. You had also only recently purchased the vehicle and did not know when it was last serviced. As your vehicle has a diesel engine, the oil can darken very quickly after replacement as it picks up residual soot and contaminants already present within the engine. The colour of the oil alone is therefore not evidence that it wasn’t changed. We keep photographic evidence of all works completed. The screen wash was also topped up. We stand by the work carried out. Director - Mantime Autos
