Lookers Volkswagen Battersea

Easy to make the booking and received confirmation saying I’d booked - but when I phoned Lookers the following week to confirm check in time they hadn’t received the booking and were unable to service my car. Should have just booked with Lookers directly as usual!

Lookers are incredibly efficient and make it easy to keep coming back!

Booked in for a service. Staff friendly and when I said I wanted to wait and work, they opened a private room for me to work in. Free tea and coffee machine. I was sent a txt message that was meant to keep me informed of how the service was going, but the link didn’t work for me. Otherwise very happy. Car cleaned before handover.
