Dear Alex, we feel this review does not reflect the full circumstances. Your equest was never confirmed by us by email or phone, and the workshop was closed that Saturday. When we became aware you were outside, one of our mechanics voluntarily came in on his day off specifically to help. With no office staff present, he completed the agreed service items, including the filter, vehicle checks, tyre pressures and fluid top-ups. The brake-fluid change could not be completed that day, but we offered a return visit and a courtesy vehicle, which was declined. Despite the booking never being confirmed, we reduced the charge to £100 as a goodwill gesture. We take feedback seriously, but feel it is unfair to suggest we failed to attend a confirmed booking. We went out of our way to help while closed. There are two sides to every situation, and our offer to resolve any genuine outstanding issue remains open. regards Aaron workshop manager
