My car didn't get MOT'd as bookmygarage doesn't actually book and therefore I had no reservation slot and had to scramble around trying to find somewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We can confirm that your booking was submitted to the garage as soon as it was made on 5th September at 11:20, and our records show the garage accessed it just 8 minutes later. We also sent a reminder on 9th September to help ensure the booking was processed. Whilst we successfully passed your booking to the garage, it is the garage's responsibility to contact customers directly regarding any booking-specific requirements or availability issues. We have made the garage aware of your review and the issues you encountered so they can investigate what happened and help prevent similar situations in the future. Kind regards, BookMyGarage
Very pleased with service and detailed video check. Will use again!
Very prompt service. Left the vehicle at 89am. Was called when vehicle failed MOT and why it failed. The problem was fixed during the service and vehicle was ready to collect at 10.40am! Excellent. Only bad point: was over charged for MOT but this was swiftly put right. Will definitely come back
