Thank you for taking the time to review the service you received on the day and I apologise for your experience and that you are unhappy with the work carried out. Although the job itself was quoted as approximately an hour to complete you should of been advised that the job could take longer depending on findings. The initial wheel alignment was carried out and required extensive adjustment due to the work done by another garage prior to you bringing the car to us. We did the adjustment and upon road testing the vehicle afterwards we were unhappy with the steering wheel position although the car drove straight, and so we did the alignment again. Upon completing the job we were still not 100% happy with the steering wheel position but with you continually asking how long it would be and clearly needing to leave we advised you to take the vehicle and rebook if you were unhappy with the steering position at no extra cost to yourself, therefore eliminating the need to pay again.
