Holdcroft Crewe Renault Dacia

Excellent service and customer care, Charlotte was very helpful and friendly, great communication would highly recommend to others.

Sadly this year's secret service has not gone as well as last years. The service itself was fine. They picked up a couple of points which I got sorted within a couple of days (not with them new tyres and tyre inflation kit). They noted quite a major issue on the service sheet "that needed immediate attention". Not experienced any issues, so took elsewhere for second opinion and there was no problem. This could have been an expensive £1200 job for nothing

Recent major service at Holdcroft in Crewe.Very impressed with all aspects of the experience and particularly liked the video of the vehicle inspection and recommended fixes.Would definitely use again.
