Most customers praise the friendly, efficient service, with several highlighting the helpful video fault reports, honest advice and good communication that keep them returning year after year. A small number of reviewers experienced longer than expected waiting times for repairs and one or two felt pricing and quotes for extra work could be communicated more clearly to avoid confusion. Overall, the garage is well regarded for its trustworthy approach and thoroughness, though clearer upfront pricing and quicker turnaround on parts would enhance the experience further.
