Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and, in particular, that your request for an afternoon appointment was not followed up appropriately. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive communication about additional services while your original appointment request had not been resolved. This is not the level of service or communication we aim to provide. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will be reviewing what happened with the team to help ensure requests such as this are handled and followed up properly in future.
