The vast majority of customers speak highly of this garage, praising the friendly and professional staff, competitive pricing, and quality of work carried out. A new driver noted feeling particularly welcome and free from any pressure to spend unnecessarily, while another customer was impressed by the prompt assistance following a breakdown. One reviewer did find the experience frustrating, citing a lengthy wait and poor communication, so the garage may benefit from more proactive updates and clearer payment processes, though this was raised by a single reviewer and does not reflect the broader pattern of feedback.
