Customers consistently praise this garage for efficient, well-communicated servicing and MOT work, with several reviewers highlighting speedy turnaround, clear explanations and an absence of pressure to pay for unnecessary extras. Booking flexibility and helpful staff are mentioned repeatedly as particular strengths. A couple of reviewers noted minor niggles, such as the car not being washed afterwards and the service app not being updated promptly, though these appear to be isolated issues rather than common complaints.
