Hi Fred, thanks for the detailed feedback, and I'm glad you are happy with the works carried out. The air freshener advisory is a MOT/DVSA requirement rather than something we've added ourselves. MOT Testers have to note (and sometimes ask you to remove) anything hanging from or stuck to the windscreen that could obstruct the driver's view, as it's tested as part of the MOT. It can feel like an odd thing to flag on an otherwise good car, but it's there to stop a genuinely unnecessary fails. I have passed your other feedback onto our Service manager for review, on-site parking can be quite difficult & tiresome and options are being explored for future customers, however none our Cannock service team match the description you have listed so this will need to be looked into further.
