AutoTekz - Cambridge

Booked my grandson’s car in for a service they found out it was literally a death trap and many faults had been deliberately covered up!!! And was only fit to scrap Not only did they explain everything that was wrong they are helping to source another car, old school mechanics and old school morals, what a team😄👍

Very happy with the service from AutoTekz Cambridge. The team were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with from start to finish. They took the time to look into the issue properly and helped find a solution that worked for me. Communication was clear and arranging the collection and delivery of the car was straightforward and hassle-free. Great customer service, attention to detail and a team that clearly cares about its customers. Would happily recommend and use them again.

Booked for MOT, I got a call the day before to arrange a pick up time. Picked up vehicle on time. Got a call later to say it had passed with a couple of advisories, explained what they were and asked if I wanted to let them do them or if I wanted to sort it out myself. I opted to let them do the work after they priced it up. I was kept informed of the progress and my van was returned after the work was done. Very friendly and helpful. I will use their service again knowing they care and are good
