Customers consistently praise the professional, friendly and clear communication, with several highlighting quick turnarounds, helpful updates and a welcome lack of worry about being overcharged. A small number of reviewers felt prices were a touch on the high side, and one noted that an online booking went astray, so pricing transparency and booking confirmation may benefit from a little attention. Even so, many reviewers said they would return and recommend the garage, reflecting its excellent 4.8 average.
