Customers consistently praise this garage for its friendly, professional staff and honest approach, with one reviewer highlighting how the team saved them over £1,000 by correctly diagnosing a fault rather than recommending unnecessary work. MOTs are frequently described as prompt and well communicated, with several customers noting they were seen on time and kept informed throughout. A small number of reviewers felt that parts pricing and hourly labour rates could be more competitive, and one customer noted the collect-and-return charge may benefit from review, so it is worth comparing quotes for more extensive repairs.
