Arrow Motor Company Service Centre

My car had MOT test. The staff were all very professional. Everything went ok. Test was printed on Green paper for pass. I thought that was a nice touch. One hiccup was they had not received my booking? It was done on Sunday so whether you need to allow a working day to do bookings online? No problem staff at arrow are professional so my job was taken care of. Not much to do in waiting room. So either take a book or hop on a bus to teesside Park. The stop is outside the garage door.

Lovely staff, great service, informative, polite and vfm. Special thanks to Adam gor fantastic customer service

I had my car in for an MOT and a full service. Michael who checked my car was very kind and helpful. Also Adam was very professional. Overall an amazing service and not overpriced at all.
