It is with great regret that you feel we have given you an unacceptable experience. We appreciate any feedback that helps us to improve our service. As regards to the re test fee we are unable to waiver this cost, this cost covers the time in which our technician takes to re check your vehicle once work has been completed. We did not carry out any of the repairs, your vehicle was taken off site by yourself for your vehicle to have repairs carried out at a third party garage/mechanic. It is our responsibility to make sure your vehicle is safe and road worthy once work has been completed. There is a price board showing costs of an MOT and all associated charges in our reception area. When you arrived on site we were unable to carry out your retest immediately due to another MOT being carried out at that time. We apologize you had to wait 24 minutes for your re test.
