Ancaster Shepperton

Really good communication with reminder text/emails about my service and MOT, then also updated texts while it was happening. Lovely and helpful staff.

My car was not cleaned after the servicing and the staff in charge made it seem like, they did me a favour by servicing my car. Their excuse is that, I got the service via mygarage.com. Not nice at all and I won’t be going back.

I was impressed by the interaction with the staff at Ancaster. They kept me informed at all times and the car was collected on time and the service undertaken professionally.
