Called bookmygatage and they said the services booked the t ough them are not the full service I said this should be listed to let people know more so they can make their mind up themselves not to be called less than 24hrs to be told they want more money so was left to look around at sort notice.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that garages on our platform may offer different service packages, and the exact items included can vary between providers. The Full Service available through our platform may be a more basic version than the garage's own standard Full Service, however, this is reflected in the price offered at the time of booking. In most cases, garages will also offer customers the option to upgrade to their own standard Full Service if it includes additional checks, genuine manufacturer parts, or other extras that are not included in the package booked through our platform. We appreciate receiving this information shortly before your appointment was frustrating. However, the service details and pricing displayed on our platform relate to the specific package selected, and any optional upgrades offered by the garage are separate from the original booking. We value your feedback.
