Most customers rate this garage highly, praising its honest, transparent approach, efficient MOT service, and staff who go out of their way to source parts and explain advisories clearly. One reviewer, however, raised a serious concern about a technician driving their vehicle away without confirming insurance or identification, and questioned whether the facilities meet the requirements for the work carried out. Whilst this appears to be an isolated complaint, the garage may benefit from introducing clearer check-in procedures and ensuring customers feel confident about how their vehicles are handled on site.
