They are a bit confusing in terms of scheduling. I booked March 18 online, when I called them they said don’t believe online schedule and my MOT was on March 31. After going through changes on my schedule just to free my March 18 ended up useless.

First time I took my car for MOT and Full service to Greenwoods garage and the people there were very helpful and did excellent job. They also provided with details what my car needed as well in terms of further service. Good price as well. Recommended

Did the MOT with no issues, and informed me by phone when it was done. That said, staff didn't seem particularly welcoming or friendly, but that's a minor point.

I left the MOT test far too late and yet I was delighted to find this small garage 5 miles away from my address. They were able to fit me in at short notice on the day before the MOT expired. I received immediate communication upon booking and was able to turn up at an appointed time and wait for the test to be done. Clearly it helped that the car passed its test as well! Friendly mechanic and fast work

Not happy. No car wash or clean which we have had in the past. Asked for a check on rear suspension. Subsequently advised damaged/worn needs replacing. In addition rear brushes needed replacing. Queried at MOT garage as MOT only undertaken on 5 Aug. To be assured that there is NO issues with shock absorbers or bushes. Good job I checked or I would have been £2,000 out of pocket!! This, in the circumstances is not I would have expected.

Main PoC was Susie, who was incredibly cordial. Nice waiting area for whilst MOT is happening, and car returned in good condition.

Having booked a service and M.O.T.through 'Book My Garage',I had a phone call the next day to say that Johnsons couldn't do the date I had booked. The date that was offered as an alternative I couldn't do so I cancelled the booking. Having read some of the reviews regarding BMG and out of curiosity, I tried phoning Johnsons directly - after a long wait 'on hold', I was told the earliest I could book was 1/10, two days after M.O.T.expired. Suffice to say, I won't be using this service again!
