Hi Cameron, We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. Your air conditioning regas was completed successfully; however, the system still did not produce cold air afterwards. We explained this before you left the garage and advised that, while the refrigerant had been replaced correctly, a regas cannot resolve underlying mechanical or electrical faults within the air conditioning system. Further diagnostics would therefore be required to identify the cause of the issue. At the time, you confirmed that you understood our explanation and our recommendation. We were later contacted by someone on your behalf to let us know that you did not wish to proceed with any further repairs. We then attempted to contact you to arrange a return visit so we could recover the refrigerant and discuss the situation further, but unfortunately, we didn't receive a response. If you'd still like to discuss the matter, we'd be happy to speak with you.
